NOVA semi-automatic shuttle system drive-in racking is a combination of simple drive-in racking and shuttle cart(also named as pallet mole in some regions).Incoming the storage system, pallets to be loaded by forklifts on the shuttle cart which is located at the front end of the drive-in system, then the shuttle cart carrying a pallet is sent to an appointed location by remote control.For outgoing of pallets, the process is on the contrary.

Such system is suitable for industies like food, beverage, freezer, etc.Which are with high volume but low SKU operation, NOVA Shuttle system and imported brands are optional.

Pallet-picking: When Picking, the shuttle carries pallets from deep side to the front side of racking, the pallets are to be picked from the racking by forklift.

Shuttle-removing: Shuttles can be removed by forklift to different tunnels of racking, one set of shuttle can be used for many racking tunnels. The quantity of shuttle depends on the depth of racking tunnels, goods, lots of goods picking and the frequency of goods picking, Etc.
